GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Home Office & Service GmbH to businesses and consumers.

2. Scope of services

Home Office & Service GmbH provides services in the following areas in particular:

• Rental of tourist accommodations

• Hotel and Hospitality Management

• Property and real estate management

• Event and venue management

• Cleaning and housekeeping services

• Laundry service

• Concierge and guest services

3. Conclusion of contract

Offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is formed upon written order confirmation or actual performance of the service.

4. Prizes

All prices are in euros. Unless otherwise stated, statutory VAT rates apply.

5. Payment terms

Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

6. Liability

Home Office & Service GmbH is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Place of jurisdiction

For entrepreneurs, the competent court in Zell am See or Salzburg shall be the place of jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Home Office & Service GmbH of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a valid cancellation, payments already made will be refunded in accordance with legal provisions.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

According to § 18 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal in the case of:

• Accommodation services

• Hotel and apartment bookings

• Leisure and event services

• Event tickets

• Services with a fixed appointment

This applies in particular to bookings of apartments, hotels, chalets, events, and tourist services.
